Wisconsin has a rich heritage as a wheat-growing state, and over the years many interesting varieties of bread wheat have been grown here. It is my goal to dig into the past and find wheat varieties that produce healthy, good-tasting wheat that grows well in organic farming systems. Below are several current offerings.
