3 cups flour
2 tbsp honey (or sugar)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/3 cups water (room temp)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together water, oil, and honey. Add to the flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms. It will be stickier than typical bread or pizza dough.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a moist towel and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, up to 3 days. The dough won't rise much in the fridge.
4. Pull dough from fridge and let sit at room temp for at least 1 hour before rolling and baking.
Makes 2 large pizzas or 4-6 personal size pizzas, depending on how thin you roll the crust.
